Dr. Harrison received his B.A. degree from Emory University in Atlanta and his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. He completed his internship and residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Following completion of his residency, Dr. Harrison joined the Vanderbilt faculty as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology before entering into his Fellowship in Pain Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

Although he treats a wide variety of acute and chronic pain conditions, Dr. Harrison has a special interest in neuromodulation and the treatment of cancer pain.

He is a member of the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Society of Regional Anesthesia. Dr. Harrison is the Director of the University of Central Florida School of Medicine Anesthesiology Clerkship and an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Central Florida.
